Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. Print on Demand: Please note that our products are printed specifically for you upon ordering (Print on Demand) via our fulfillment partner. Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 5 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Copyright: Purchasing a print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to you. You may not scan, copy, reproduce, or resell the artwork without express written permission from Van Hilst Visuals.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We use third-party services (such as Printumo) for the production and shipping of our products. We acknowledge that while we strive for the highest quality, production times are estimates. Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

SECTION 8 - USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

SECTION 12 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because our fine art prints are custom-made to order (printed specifically for you via Printumo), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Damaged goods: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vanhilstvisuals.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
