SECTION 1 - SMART GLOBAL FULFILLMENT

To ensure the fastest delivery times and lowest shipping costs, Van Hilst Visuals uses a smart routing network. We automatically route your order to the production center nearest to you.

How it works:

  • United Kingdom: Printed and shipped from London. 🇬🇧

  • European Union: Printed and shipped from Barcelona (ES), Prague (CZ), or Copenhagen (DK). 🇪🇺

  • United States: Printed and shipped from Dallas, Los Angeles, Sacramento, or Raleigh. 🇺🇸

  • Canada: Printed and shipped from Toronto or Vancouver. 🇨🇦

  • Australia: Printed and shipped from Melbourne. 🇦🇺

The benefit for you: Because we print locally in these regions, your order arrives faster, is more eco-friendly, and you avoid customs duties within these specific regions.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship fine art prints to the following countries:

  • North America: United States, Canada.

  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

  • Oceania: Australia.

Please note: If your country is not on this list, we currently do not ship there.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES

Every print is made to order. We do not hold inventory.

  • Production Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your art to be printed, framed, and packed.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days thanks to our local production partners.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

UK, EU, USA, Canada & Australia: Because we produce locally in these regions, customers here will generally not be charged any customs or import fees.

Norway, Switzerland & Other International Destinations: For countries outside of the EU customs union (such as Norway and Switzerland), orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected upon delivery. Van Hilst Visuals has no control over these charges.

SECTION 5 - TRACKING

As soon as your art leaves the lab, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your wall.

SECTION 6 - LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe + 5 business days, please contact me at contact@vanhilstvisuals.com with your order number, and I will investigate the issue for you.

Please note: During busy holiday seasons (such as Christmas or Black Friday), production and delivery times may increase by up to 8 business days. We kindly ask for your patience during these peak times.
