Where does Van Hilst Visuals ship to?

We currently ship to the following regions and countries:

  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
  • North America: United States, Canada
  • Australia and Oceania: Australia
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Your order will usually arrive between 3-7 business days. Your order is processed by FedEx.

Delivery times depend on factors such as:

  • Production and delivery locations
  • Order size and dimensions
  • Production capacity
  • Shipping method

Where are your products manufactured?

We ship canvas and fine art prints to 28 countries from a network of production facilities strategically located around the world. Our facilities are based in:

  • United Kingdom: London
  • United States: Dallas, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Raleigh
  • Canada: Toronto, Vancouver
  • Europe: Prague, Barcelona
  • Australia: Melbourne

This distribution allows us to produce and ship orders efficiently, reducing delivery times and shipping costs.

What if a product is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, or contains a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. To request a replacement or refund, please contact us on contact@vanhilstvisuals.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A photo of the barcode label on the packaging
  • Order ID

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

When are refunds or reprints not available?

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The wrong size, color, or design was ordered
  • The customer has changed their mind after receiving the item
  • The print placement is within our normal production tolerances
