Refund policy

DAMAGES AND ISSUES I take great pride in the quality of the prints. However, in the rare event that an order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced free of charge.

How to report a damaged item: Please inspect the order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received, contact me immediately so that the issue can be evaluated and corrected.

  • Email: Send an email to contact@vanhilstvisuals.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos: Please include clear photos of the damage to the print/frame AND photos of the packaging (box/tube). Make sure to include the order number.

  • Replacement: Once the damage is verified, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible at no extra cost.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU) If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the buyer has the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

The 14/14/14 Rule:

  1. Notification: You have 14 days after receiving the item to notify me of the return via contact@vanhilstvisuals.com.

  2. Shipping: After notification, you have another 14 days to return the item to the designated return address.

  3. Refund: The full order amount, including the initial shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days of the return notification.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

  • I reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until proof of return shipping has been provided.
